1. Ensure that the earphone plug is firmly connected and the socket is clean;
2. Check whether the microphone behind the remote control cable is plugged or covered;
3. Ensure that the headphone plug is connected to the audio signal source;
4. Check whether the device turns off call settings or recording settings.

Distortion of peak
1. Ensure that the plug connected to the audio source is fully inserted into the 3.5mm audio jack;
2. Check whether the audio source is turned on and working normally;
3. If the audio source is a computer or laptop, please try to adjust its configuration settings to make it match the beteno headset well;
