The Beteno brand implements a strict regional sales system.
1. Distributors who have officially signed a distributor agency agreement can only sell products and develop distributors within the scope specified in the agreement;
2. Distributors of all levels under the first-level distributors of Beteno can only sell the products of Beteno within the sales area and sales scope separately agreed by their superior distributors and both parties, and shall not sell them across borders.

Incentives and disincentives
1. Beteno official will regularly or irregularly spot check the regional sales management and retail price management of dealers in various regions, and make reward and punishment measures according to the specific situation;
2. For dealers with excellent performance, Biedno will give key support in all aspects and reward them according to their actual sales;
3. For those who do not comply with the relevant regulations of the company and repeatedly do not change, the company will punish in one or more of the following ways:
A. Notification of warnings or serious warnings, either individually or publicly;
B. Increase in supply prices and discounts;
C. Suspension of supply for one month, three months, six months until the supply is stopped;
D. Terminate the cooperation agreement immediately after friendly consultation between the two parties;

Remark:
Distributors at all levels are responsible for the distribution behavior of their secondary and tertiary distributors, that is, distributors must ensure that the products with their own individual dealer codes comply with the relevant regulations of Beteno and are jointly and severally responsible for this.
